In this talk we will discuss the digital transformation of an OnPrem Product Life Cycle Management platform to embrace cloud. Besides bringing all stakeholders into a single hub for a collaborative experience, embracing cloud also helped expand to new markets that were not considered earlier. We will walk through the high-level steps that were used to methodically achieve the goal to embrace cloud with velocity and time to market in mind.
