Gartner uses the term “multiexperience” to define the different “platforms” that companies will use to interact with customers, employees, and partners. When the platform informs the experience, development must spend more time blending the business-value delivered with the delivery platform. Participants will learn how to frame the experience conversation in a way that drives business outcomes, while at the same time learn how to build a set of API capabilities to support innovation with voice, chatbots, augmented reality, and more.
