APIs play a pivotal role in healthcare consumerization. However, API adoption and interoperability in healthcare remain major problems, to a greater degree in large organizations. That is because APIs entail a change in the business culture more so than a shift in technology. I'd like to share our approach applying a human-centric paradigm to our Enterprise API solutions and what we have learned.
